We do not accept refunds or returns on any orders. All sales are final. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact info@pinpcs.com within twelve (12) business days to request an exchange. Shipping

Please allow 3 to 5 days for local shipment and 7 to 12 business days for overseas shipment. Your order will be sent with a tracking number.

FREE SHIPPING: Purchase 2 items or above for domestic (HK), 4 items or above for overseas. For Hong Kong customers who choose S.F. Service Point Self Pickup, please fill up the shipping address with S.F. service point CODE, which can be find on these page, S.F. Service Centers, S.F. Stores, E.F. Lockers (in English).
